[Thirty minutes is enough for her to pick up a few more of the things that were lying around -- though she was sniffling and coughing all the while. When he lets himself in, she's sitting on the couch and probably in the middle of yet another chickflick.
There is definitely a stuffed animal in her arms and a box of tissues on the table as well as a blanket over her lap. She's cozy but also very sick.
